Matt is the Head of Partnerships and Channel Sales at Altruist, working closely with strategic partners and enterprise firms. Matt has been in financial services for the past fifteen years, with experience in sales, leadership, and advisory. Matt began his career at John Hancock Investment Management and then had the opportunity to work for two of the fastest-growing RIA’s in the country.
A Boston native, Matt now lives in Laguna Niguel, CA with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.

Zach Conway is the founder and CEO of Seeds Investor, a technology platform that empowers advisors to deliver a more intentional and personalized investing experience to clients by better understanding investors and delivering custom portfolios that align. Zach has been working as a financial advisor for nearly a decade serving as a Managing Director at Conway Wealth, where he has helped grow the business by serving hundreds of clients and families over the years.
When he’s not building new-gen advice experiences, Zach spends his time with his wife and three young daughters.
